This guarantee gives you specific legal rights. Unless permitted by law, xdatou will not exclude, limit or suspend other rights that you may have, including rights that may arise from non-compliance with the sales contract. In order to fully understand your rights, you should consult the laws of your country, province or state.
Other distributors, suppliers or dealers may provide you with their own guarantees. If you are not buying directly from DATOU BOSS, please contact them for more information.

The DATOU BOSS warranty does not apply to:
- Misuse/abuse/accidental damage/damage due to natural behavior. (e.g. Lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.)
- Unauthorized modification/repair/disassembly or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.
- Non-quality related issues.
- Items purchased from unauthorized dealers.
- Used for special applications other than ordinary consumer use.
- Lost/stolen/free/refundable products.
- Any defect or damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquid or other external causes.
- Failed to provide valid proof of purchase.
How to claim the warranty?

We offer a 30-day worry-free money-back guarantee. This only applies to products purchased directly from DATOU BOSS. For all other purchases, please contact the retailer/distributor you purchased directly and follow their return policy.
Generally speaking, if the customer receives the product, contact us to return it. After the customer returns the goods, we will refund the customer within 4-7 working days. We will refund your order directly from the back end of the shopify website or via paypal.
Please note-the 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to unpackaged/used products. Please ensure that the packaging is intact and will not affect resale. In addition, orders that have been shipped cannot be refunded during shipping.
Valid proof of purchase
- The number of orders purchased directly through DATOU BOSS.
- Sales invoice or order confirmation email, clearly showing product description, price and sales channels.
- Please note that processing a warranty claim may require more than one type of proof of purchase (such as a remittance receipt and confirmation of the original shipping address of the item).
*Requires the serial number of the defective item (usually at the bottom of the product) and/or a visible proof describing the defect (such as a short video)
How to return/replace/repair items
1.Contact Manager@xdatou.com to obtain a return material authorization (rma) number. Xdatou does not accept returns without prior authorization and rma.
2.Write the rma number on the shipping label,
*the rma number should be clearly displayed on the shipping label of the returned package. Do not write the rma number directly on the box. Our local warehouse may not accept packages without the rma number on the return label.
3.Datou will repair/replace (at the expense of datou) any defective products within the warranty period. The replacement product will restore the remaining warranty period of the original order.
4.We will replace the defective item within 14 working days after confirming that our warehouse has received the defective item. The final solution depends on the availability of replacement items.
Products can be returned within 15 days. Products with the wrong size and quality problems can be exchanged. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the return.
The following cases shipping costs are customized by our company.
- Return products that do not have any proven defects.
- Warranty claims for items purchased outside the original country of purchase
- The returned item claimed to be defective, but datou found that it was functioning normally.
- Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
