Xdatou is committed to providing buyers with safe and fast delivery. All Xdatou products have UN38.3 and MSDS certification. Our shipping policy below describes details on how we handle shipping and delivery


Shipment Origin Country
There are currently three Xdatou warehouses, one in Germany, one in Poland, and one in the UK. We will select the nearest warehouse to ship the goods according to the country of your order.


Shipping Carrier
DPD, DHL, INPOST, UPS, or Royal Mail. Different shipping warehouses or product models use different carriers. If you want to specify a special carrier, please contact us. However, you may incur additional shipping costs if you change the carrier.

Note: All-in-one system (or other large items) will be delivered by truck, typically taking around 15 days.

Shipping Destinations & Times
Our shipping time is divided into two parts, starting from the time you place your order:

Processing time
Xdatou stops accepting orders after 6 PM. (GMT +8). Generally, the order processing time will be 1-2 business days.

Delivery time
After order processing, delivery is estimated to take 8–15 business days. In most cases, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on stock availability and your location.

Note: The above average delivery time applies to most orders. It does not include inspection time, other special circumstances, or uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters, congestion, etc.We do not accept expedited shipping orders.

Please enter your correct name, address and contact information during checkout so that your order can be delivered smoothly.


Note: If you entered an incorrect address for your order and have already made payment, please contact us promptly to modify the shipping address. But we cannot guarantee that the updated address will be applied, and you will be responsible for all associated risks and costs that may arise from altering the address post-shipment.

Datouboss shall not be held liable for order delays or rejections caused by the following reasons:

  • Remote Delivery Addresses: Shipping times may be delayed by 1–2 days due to remote delivery locations.
  • Recipient-Related Delays: Delays or failed deliveries caused by the recipient’s actions, including but not limited to:
    • Address changes after shipment.
    • Providing unknown, invalid, or incorrect addresses.
    • Providing incorrect contact information.
    • Refusal to accept the package.
  • Force Majeure Events: Delays due to unforeseeable, unavoidable, or insurmountable circumstances, including but not limited to:
    • National or regional air/ground transportation disruptions (e.g., weather-related issues).
    • Communication system interference or malfunctions.
    • Government actions or changes in postal policies.
    • Wars, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rain, fog, or similar events.
  • Prohibited Air Cargo: Items restricted by aviation safety regulations, including: Contraband, mobile phones, electronics, fragile goods, or other items ineligible for air transport.
  • Confiscated Shipments: Parcel confiscation or disposal due to violations of shipping regulations.
  • Holiday/Non-Working Day Delays: Inability to deliver during weekends, national holidays, or public observances.
  • Inaccessible Locations: Failed deliveries to schools, workplaces, or residential areas unreachable by couriers.
